The ADvTECH Schools Division leads the private sector in the field of education, contributing meaningfully towards the sustainable development of human capacity in South Africa.

Duties:

• Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Ensure floors are swept, mopped, polished, and vacuumed as required.

• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

• Empty bins, manage waste disposal, and maintain recycling practices.

• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
  

• Carry out ad hoc cleaning or support duties as assigned.

• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

• Helpful, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Able to communicate effectively with students and staff.

• Enthusiastic, trustworthy, and service-oriented.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or a relevant trade qualification.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ relevant cleaning experience in a similar environment.
